A video ad that follows a structure out.
Add a product, pick a timed format, approve the script. Shotform writes the plans to the second, draws every frame, cuts the clips and delivers the video in 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 — with the price fixed before you press the button.

Made with structure, not luck
Every one of these followed a format passport: hook in 3 seconds, product by the middle, offer in the last beat.
Six things no generator gives you together
Generators sell a model or an avatar and leave the structure to you. Shotform sells the structure — and everything that keeps a video on-brand from the first frame to the delivery package.
Format passports
Twelve timed structures with hit rates per niche. The script is written to their seconds; your team can add its own.
◈Product passport
Current label, pack count, container, offers, how your name is pronounced. Every frame is checked against it, not against a prompt.
✦Script you approve
Concept, plans, a marketer's review with a score. Edit a line, rewrite a plan, cut one — nothing is paid before your yes.
⊘Checks with an exit
A frame or clip that fails a quality check comes back with a reason in plain words and a button — and costs nothing.
⧉Creative families
One concept → video, 15-s cut, silent demo, alt persona, two statics. Ad platforms count them as different ads.
▦Batch matrix
Products × formats × personas × hooks, priced before launch, each video under its own ceiling.
Five decisions are yours. Thirty steps are not.
Between your clicks the platform writes, draws, cuts, listens and checks. When it needs you, it stops and says why.
- 01
Approve the script
Pick a product and a format, or paste an ad you like as a reference. You get a concept, plans timed to the second and a marketer's verdict. Edit, rewrite, approve.
- 02
Name the sum
Character cards, the product row, the voice and a cost plan by rows. You confirm the sum; if the plan changes, you confirm again. The ceiling is yours to raise, never the machine's.
- 03
OK every frame
One frame per plan with a short director's note. Good → it becomes a clip. Redraw with a note → the price is shown first. Earlier versions come back for free.
- 04
Listen to the clips
Speech clips are approved after you listen. Pick the music from three options, choose the end card, press Assemble.
- 05
Ship the final
A quality audit in plain words, director's notes on seven axes, comments by timecode. Approve, or send one round back — up to three.
Or hand all five to autopilot within a named sum — it stops with a reason when it needs you.
Structures that sell, timed to the second
Public libraries have templates. Shotform has timed structures with rules we check on every video — and the price of each before you start.
Built for brands that ship twenty videos a week
Price on the button
Plan, expected with regenerations, hard ceiling. Shown before every paid step.
Credits that come back
Reserved at launch, spent per step that passes, returned when a check says no.
Product stays true
Label version, pack count, container and offer are the truth every frame is held to.
Your name, said right
Set the pronunciation once. Every voice line follows it.
Versions, not overwrites
V01, V02, V03 side by side. Restore any earlier version for zero credits.
Brands, roles, limits
A workspace per brand, seven roles, monthly limits per member, usage by person, audit log.
API and webhooks
Create videos from your stack and get the final back by a signed webhook.
Policy aware
Prohibitions per brand and niche, AI disclosure attached to every export.
Fifteen clients, one login, separate truth
Each brand is a workspace with its own products, personas, prohibitions and soft budget. Reviewers approve without spending credits. Usage is reported per member, per model and per brand — ready for the invoice.
- One credit pool, soft budgets per brand
- Roles per workspace: Owner, Admin, Creator, Reviewer, Analyst, Viewer, Agency seat
- Monthly credit limit per member, pause a member's spending
- Usage by member, model, brand or video — CSV export
Pay for approved videos, not attempts
Every plan includes format passports, product passports, the five-decision board and credits that come back. The trial has 1 000 credits — enough for the first structured video.

What do I actually have to do?
Five things: approve the script, name the sum, OK the frames, listen to the clips, ship the final. Everything between those clicks is automatic. If you prefer, autopilot does all five within a sum you name and stops with a reason when it needs you.
What happens when a generation comes out wrong?
It does not reach you as “done”. The platform refuses it, tells you why in plain words, and the credits for that attempt come back. You decide: retry, pick another candidate, approve anyway, or redraw with a note at a price shown first.
How do you keep my product looking right?
Your product passport — current label, container, pack count, offers, pronunciation — is the truth every frame is held to. Photos live in the passport once; the generator never asks for them again.
Can my team and my clients approve things?
Yes. Reviewers approve scripts, frames and finals without spending credits. Roles are per brand workspace; every approval is in the audit log.
Do credits expire?
Plan credits roll over for one month on Growth and above. Top-up packs don't expire while your plan is active. Refused outputs never consume credits.
Who owns the output? Is it trained on?
You do. Your scripts, footage and brand data are never used for training. Exports carry a C2PA manifest and the AI disclosure ad platforms require.
Can I start from an ad I like?
Yes. Paste a link or upload the video; Shotform breaks it down, suggests the closest format passport and drafts the script to it. You can override the suggestion.
What about personas — are they real people?
No. Personas are generated faces anchored for the whole video, with a licensed voice. Likeness licenses are stored with the persona.
Is there an API?
Yes — REST with async jobs and signed webhooks, keys with scopes and rate limits. On Scale and Agency you can also call the model catalog directly.
